Sidney Galloway Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We first connected with Lazy Ladd Pools & Spas to repair a leak in the solar panel for warming our pool. Since then they have come out to work on our pool equipment where they replaced the Muti-Port. Awesome service each time! Fair prices. Professional and courteous! We highly recommend Lazy Ladd Pools & Spas - we will be using them in the future. Also, we run a small local real estate business and we have added Lazy Ladd Pools & Spas to our list of trusted, recommended vendors and contractors. You will not be disappointed if you have them out for work, service and/or maintenance. They also did excellent work on our system in late September 2026! Posted on Google
Laura Hope Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard is the owner of LazyLadd Pools. From the initial contact he was responsive, polite and eager to work with me. He also gave me a discount because he had worked on my pool with a prior owner. He scheduled an appointment and spent the majority of the day correcting a leak in my pool.
His scope of work did not include everything on the estimate, so as a professional he reduced the bill.
I highly recommend them for pool servicing. I haven't used them for anything else, but I certainly will.

Mihir Faldu Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great pool repair company. I had an issue with my pool pump which just had been replaced 6 months ago, still under Hayward warranty. I found them on Hayward authorized list and after seeing the amazing reviews decided to call them since I hadn't found any trustworthy repair company previously. What an amazing group of guys. From the beginning they had a seamless process, since they weren't my original installers they had me fill out a simple paperwork for warranty and from then on they handled everything all the way. Fred is always so polite and eager to get my questions answered with constantly communicating with Hayward. It was Hayward who took some time to get the replacement part to them but as soon as they got it they made availability for me despite a full schedule. Robert was the technician and despite weather that looked it was about to rain he made sure the pump was replaced and running. I won't be looking elsewhere for my pool repair needs - thanks to LazyLadd and their team. Posted on Google
